He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Ted; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Carruthers); his children, Kevin (Renee), Kelly (Joe) and Keith (Kristin); his grandchildren, Kaydin, Kolton, Kamden and Karter; and his sisters, Eleanor Anderson and Kay Yingst.
