He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his granddaughter Michaela; and his son-in-law Frank. He is survived by: his children, Irene O'Neill (Dean), Richard Lieuwen (Annette), Carol Haviland (Don), Rose Stegenga, Brian Lieuwen (Betty) and Doug Lieuwen (Stephanie). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
