He was predeceased by : his parents, Elias Bergen and Katharina Bergen. He is survived by : his wife Marlene Fast of Greendale; his children, Chris, Carmen, Elissa and Tom; his grandchildren, Kaelan, Sam, Adam, Callie Grell and Claire; and his children, Camryn and Carrigan Bergen.
