He was predeceased by: his grandfather Joe Fraser; his aunt Cindy Beach (Fraser); and his cousin Ashley Beach. He is survived by: his parents, Barbie Seely (Steve) and Patrick Fraser (Shirley); his siblings, Boe Fraser (Jessie) and Shelby Binkley (Robert); his nieces, Scarlet and Chloe; and his grandparents, Ron, Clarice Seely and Irene Fraser. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that a tree, plant, or flowers be planted in Lance's honor, allowing his spirit to continue to grow and flourish.
