With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gertrude Pool (Abbotsford, British Columbia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Gertrude shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gertrude farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dirk Dries and Geertje Opden Dries. She is survived by: her husband John Pool; and her children, Gail Tolsma (Frank), Cindy Kampman (Allen) and John Pool (June). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 28 ½ Great Grandchildren.
