He is survived by: his wife Eileen Whitmore; his children, Dan (Dorothy), Janet (Jan) and Gail (John); his grandchildren, Heather (Tim), Kim (Josh), Mark, Kendra (Jon), Allison (Cam), Stephanie (Landon), Tessa (Dustin), Abbey and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Charlie, Hunter, Brynn, Kashton, Willow, Piper, Liev and Declan.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson's Association of BC would be appreciated.
