She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; and her parents, Roman Kostiuk and Tillie Kostiuk. She is survived by: her children, Terry, Wayne, Richard (Val) and Debra. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta" or "S.T.A.R.S.".
