He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clark and Donna Clark. He is survived by: his friend Chris Erickson; his children, Lydia, Lincoln Erickson, Kerry Cantlon, Mathew Cantlon, Brittany Cantlon, Darryl Curr, Shannon, Amanda Lyon, Hazen, Perry Carr, Phillip, Mona and Kim Erickson; and his brother Scott Clark.
