He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Thompson and May Bessie Bowman (Thompson); and his sister Ileanna Legault of Prince George, BC.. He is survived by: his wife Alverna; his children, Roland (Joanne), Bradley (Theresa) and Lana Brown (Thompson); his grandchildren, Tom (Mandy), Doug (Jess), Lisa (Jeff), Pat, Jamie, Cody, Corey (Tara), Trevor (Meaghan) and Mandi (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Adeline, Emmett, Eloise, Kaydance, Kameron, Kyson, Aubrie, Liam, Bentley, Brielle, Kylie, Emery and Carter; his sister Lillian Bowden of Victoria, BC; and also Alverna Thompson (Roth). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
