She was predeceased by: her husband Reg Heward; her son Bradley Lynn Heward; her grandchildren, Blaine Heward and Antonia Helleckson; her brother-in-law Pete; and her parents, Louis Borkofsky and Mary Anna Borkofsky.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Laybourne (Cal), Doug Heward, Cindy Robbins (Winston), Byron Heward (Shirley) and Joanne Stubbs (Chris); her grandchildren, Kris (Dan), Kim (Bruce), Jason (Kathy), Ken (Grace), Nicole (Scotty), Denine (Terry), Sheldon (Sylvia), Diane (Joseph), Denise (Norm), Troy, Rena (Bob), Dean (Tere), Chandi (Brian) and Tyler (Amanda); and her sister Martha Klimockko. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Skyview Alliance Church (112061 Twp Road 591, Whitecourt, AB).
