He was predeceased by: his son William Barry Tomkow; and his parents, Wasyl Tomkow and Marya Tomkow. He is survived by: his wife Tillie; his children, Conrad Tomkow (Marilyn), Brian Tomkow (Janet) and Gwendolyn Thornton (Bruce); his grandchildren, Shawn Tomkow (Vanessa), Craig Tomkow (Desiree), David Tomkow (Shyrel), Zoe Tomkow, Brittanee Cao (Andrew), Karlee Tomkow, Travis Thornton and Brett Thornton; his great grandchildren, Jaks, Blake and Parker; and his sisters, Lena Sokolowski, Mary Potiuk and Katherine Tenney (Dave). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, extended family, and in-laws.
