He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hutsulak and Betty Hutsulak. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Richard (Carol) and Tessa (Dave); his grandchildren, Sam (Jessica), Nicole (Nathan) and Jenna; and his siblings, Bob (Marie) and Joan (Marvin). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation or the charity of one's choice.
