He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Shyshka and Julia Shyshka; and his siblings, John, William Shyshka, Katie Bucharski (Mike) and Annie Shaw (Bert).

He is survived by: his wife Lyvida; and his daughter Violet. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
