Raymond David Brian Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond David Brian Smith of Wetaskiwin, Alberta, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Smith and Helen Smith; his siblings, Gerry Smith, Richard Smith, Priscilla Smith and Irene Laurent; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Smith, Susan Smith and Bill Laurent.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Amanda Filbert (Arwid), Jared Smith (Veronica Gonzales) and Patricia Beaule (Justin); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Hubler (Chris Henschell), Evan Filbert and Isabella Filbert; his brother Wilfred Smith; and his sister-in-law Gwen Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (4910 Northmount Dr, Wetaskiwin, AB T9A3R2).
