She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ware and Alma Ware; and her sister Marjorie Sjoberg. She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her sons, Warren (Fern) and Dallas; her grandson Christopher (Alicia); her great grandchild Parker; her granddaughter Meghan (Russell); and her siblings, June Jabs and Norman Ware. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
In Pat's memory, donations are gratefully accepted to the Make A Wish Foundation, Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice.
