She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Bob Ferrel and Jean Ferrel; her in-laws, Jack and Jenny Ball; her sisters, Lorna and Lois; and her brother-in-law Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Ken (Sharon), Rob (Marcella), Heather (Brian), Arden and Ian (Geetha). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear family friends.
