He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlene and George; and his siblings, Otto, Hazel, Gertie and Donny.

He is survived by: his wife Nettie; his children, Diane Hormann (Tom Felt), Darlene Pezderic (Kerry) and Kevin Hormann (Gina); his grandchildren, Jennifer Hormann (Brad Sieben), Justin Pezderic (Carmen), Zackery Pezderic (Caitlyn), Kade, Nelia and Jayka Hormann; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Blake Sieben and Charley Pezderic.
