It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Burghardt (Wetaskiwin, Alberta), who passed away on April 26, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burghardt and Hilda Burghardt; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Stauffer, Deanna Astner and Lois Burghardt.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Doupe); and his brothers-in-law, Harley Astner of Wetaskiwin and Murray Stauffer of Red Deer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
