He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Hazel. He is survived by: his sisters, Sharilyn Havanka (Dale) and Janice Kruger (Jim); his nieces, Lori (Terry), Leanne (Andy), Daleen (Trent) and Roxanne (Matt); his nephew Ryan (Caitlyn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby, Kate, Sara, Nicholas, Cole and Tristan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
