Florence Bowie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Bowie (Wetaskiwin, Alberta), who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Hagstrom and Marie Hagstrom; her husband Leonard Bowie; and her siblings, Ronald, Dennis and Carol.

She is survived by: her sons, Glen (Jayne) and Keith; her grandchildren, Dawna (Dustin Knull), Shane, Curtis, Corey (Courtney), Mitchell (Hannah) and Kyla (Brayden); her great grandchildren, Kinsey, Cashten Knull and Ava Bowie; her siblings, Marvin Hagstrom (Rose) and Helen Sharkey; and her aunt Elsie Denton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Florence's memory are gratefully accepted to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation.
