She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Mantai; her son Kenneth Mantai; her granddaughter Michelle Mantai; her great grandchildren, Trenton Mantai and Kayden Komives; her parents, Fred Haupt and Emma Haupt; and her siblings, Gerry, Herman, Carl, Elmer, George, Heinz, Freida, Ella and Hedwig.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Mantai (Connie), Douglas Mantai (Sally), Leola Mantai, Sharon Nelson (Gerald), Doreen Komives (Jack), Darwin Mantai (Sheila), Denice Monaghan (Ron) and Micheal Mantai; her grandchildren, Lori Mantai, Chris Mantai (Trish), Julie Mantai, Kelly Adkens (Dalbert), Brent Mantai (Tasha), Kim Mantai, Bradley Mantai, Craig Mantai (Angela), Marcie Holmes (Ross), Tammy Cartier (Derek), Melissa Petersen (Stacey), Chase Komives (Brittany), Jamie Mantai (Gayla), Heidi Kuntz (Myron), Cody Mantai (Kristian), Melanie Monaghan (Nik Bolianatz), Amie Dumkee (Brandon), Braden Monaghan (Alyssa), Karli Necula (Brandon), Kaitlyn Simmonds (Ben) and Nikole Mantai; and her brother Walter Haupt (Marj). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
