With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eric John Fedrau (Wetaskiwin, Alberta), born in Central Butte, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 29, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Annie; and his brothers, Richard, Heinz and Menno.

He is survived by: his wife Leanne Kijewski; his children, Rae-Ann (Tyler), Chelsea (John), Robin (James), Tammy (Darcy), Lana (Niall) and Jamie; his siblings, Hilda (Art), Frieda, Elvina (Andy), Lorenz (Faye), Bill and Norman; his siblings-in-law, Pat, Eleanor, Marlene, Judy, Wayne, Darryl (Tammie), Michael and Wanda (Darin); his grandchildren, Ellie, Katrina (Amanda), Christopher, Alyssa, Matthew, Michelle, Ashley, Zachery and Zoey; his close friends, Ron Cooper (Miranda Sips), Dale Cyre (Jacqueline), Carey Dietz (Marilyn), Doug Phillips (Judy) and John Kendall; and also Marvin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many extended family members and friends.

In memory of Eric, donations can be made to the Red Deer Hospital Foundation, Canadian Lung Association or a charity of one's choice.
