He was predeceased by: his son Glen; and his parents, Walter Burghardt and Elsie Burghardt. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Mike (Carrie) and Steven (Lesa); his grandchildren, Glen and Abigail; and his siblings, Gladys Kroeker (Cliff), Lawrence (Kathy) and Sharon Brown (Brian). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
