It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Bernard Forth of Wetaskiwin, Alberta, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle and Rudolf; and his brother Don. He is survived by: his brother Ken. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
