He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Wildcat Lance; his parents, Harold Lance and Laura Lance; his stepmother Ceri Lance; and his siblings, Phyllis Lance and Eugene Lance.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Malterer (Arthur); his grandchildren, Bradley, Brenda, John and Trevor; his daughter Nichole Ortwein (Gordon); his grandchildren, Angelina and Ashley; his daughters, Audrey Lance (Clint Siemens) and Linda Jordan (Matthew); his grandchildren, Kristen, Brayden, Austin and Mason; his great grandchild Wendy Perkins (Dale); and also, Kyoshi and Izzabella. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Ponoka Funeral Home (5115 50 Ave, Ponoka, AB T4J1R5).
