Conrad Korniski Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Conrad Korniski (Wetaskiwin, Alberta), born in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Korniski and Bill Korniski (Bill); his brother-in-law Walter Essar; his father-in-law Andrew Waldner; and his brother-in-law Ed Korpan.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Waldner; his children, Crista Korniski (Jason Near) and Evan Korniski (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joshua and Elizabeth Korniski; his sisters, Sandra Essar, Shelly Slogostski (Leonard) and Sherry Korniski; and his parents-in-law, Laurina Waldner, Brian Waldner (Rayella), Denise Korpan, Eloise Mukanik (Lonnie) and Kevin Waldner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

As per Con's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral out of respect for the impact of COVID.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Con's memory can be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, or the Boys and Girls Club of Wetaskiwin.
