Cecil Colwell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Colwell (Wetaskiwin, Alberta), who passed away on November 21, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Doris; his parents, William Colwell and Olive Colwell; his brother Ernie Colwell; his sister-in-law Ruth Colwell; his brother Earl Colwell; and his brother-in-law Stan Adair.

He is survived by: his child Cec; his wife Otillia; his adoptive child Henry Jaffe (Jean); his child Anne Schultz (Don); his sisters, Arlene Adair and Mavis Mantai (Elmer); and his sister-in-law Joan Colwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who saw him both as an uncle and a father.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wetaskiwin Health Foundation (Palliative Care) or to the charity of the donor's choice.
