She is survived by: her sons, Gilles Benoit and Paul Benoit (Susan Miholics); her grandson Jeremy Benoit; and her sister Shirley Dacy.

She spent her final days at Bethany CollegeSide, Red Deer, Alberta, after a brave battle with Alzheimer's disease.
