J Bu wrote a sympathy message

“Remembering all the wonderful times as child visiting the farm and always being amazed by watching my Aunt Bert doing it all ! Milking cows, cooking and baking (on wood stove), driving lunch out to the fields, putting up hay in the barn. The very definition of strong woman who did it all ! Her strength and sense of humour inspire me to this day. My deep sympathies to Bert's husband, children, grandchildren, and siblings. -Jeff B.”

Brenda Martin wrote a sympathy message

“I was saddened to learn of my favorite Aunt's passing. I fondly remember the many times I visited her and Uncle Raymond on the family farm with my parents - Erich and Laura Sudau. We never had a visit without a delicious lunch and a wonderful wander around the farm. I will always remember the kind, gracious and lovely lady my special aunt was. I send my sincere condolences to Uncle Raymond, Doug, Joan, Allen and your families. Brenda Martin”
