He was predeceased by: his former wife Noreen; his wife Olga; his siblings, Joe, Mary, Sophie and Jeanette; and his stepson David.

He is survived by: his son Douglas (Laural); his grandchildren, Leah (Blair), Tracy, Neal and Tyler (Veronica); his great grandchild Kirra; his brother Walter; his stepdaughter Sheila (Alan); and his stepgrandchildren, Jasmine (Nicolette), William (Kate) and Alison (Les). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
