He is survived by: his wife Amilda; his children, Roger, Andy (Fern), Karen Verhaeghe (Verne) and Donna Phillips (Rod); his grandchildren, Amanda, Cole (Susan), Stuart and Scott; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Joseph and Kaylee; his sister Mabel Mielke (Alfred); and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Teske and Bill Otto (Gloria).
