He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Jennifer and Zachary; his grandson Chase; his brother Joe Caktas (Sandy); his mother Rose Chinchilla; his mother-in-law Helen Donnelly; his siblings-in-law, Gary Donnelly (Tracey) and Shelley Verlik; and also Debbie Frith-Smith. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephew.
