He is survived by: his children, Mike, Matthew and Amanda (Jason); his grandchildren, Gavin, Connor, Lucas and Hailey; and his sisters, Marilyn (Clarke), Carolyn (Bob) and Jacolyn. He is also survived by many friends and family.
