He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shostak and Anne Shostak; and his brother Andy Shostak. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Wilson (Todd) and Shaun Shostak (Samantha); his grandchildren, Zack, Zara, Alexis and Vayda; and his siblings, Mary Smith (Bob), Carol Walton (Bob), Kathy Shostak, Willie Shostak, David Shostak and Eugene Shostak (Collette). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
