She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Hess; and her siblings, Lawrence Macland, Louise Clare, Edward Fuller, Robert Roski and Imogene Boulet.

She is survived by: her children, Melvin Hess (Heather), Lydia Kipke (Eldon) and Edna Hess; her grandchildren, Angela Littlemore (Terry), Dean Hess (Heather), Allyson Hess, Krystal Mueller (Richard), Jason Kipke (Kayla), Ryan Kipke, Nathaniel Parry, Hannah Stacey (Christopher) and Gwynne Parry; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Victoria, Danielle, Jared, Haley, Stephanie, Kayla, Sabrina, Abigail, Katie, Ivan, Remi and Kaycee; her great great grandchild Liam; and her friends, Pembina and Smithfield Lodge. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
