He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Leo Boutin and Margaret Boutin; his brothers, Robert and Dennis; and his nieces, Jeanelle and Mya.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen and Nancy; his siblings, Caroline (Leo), Irene (Peter) and Greg (Donna); and his nephew Rick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
