She is survived by: her children, Lesley Forester (Mark Schimanke), Jodi Prazak (Terry Prazak) and Cliff Forester; her grandchildren, Maxx Prazak and Cole Prazak; and her nephews, Scott Ashton (Jazmin Rojas), Travis and Jarrett Claeys. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
