She was predeceased by: her husband Elsley. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne, Ivan and Kathy (David); her grandchildren, Holly (Adam), Tara (Derek), Niki Lynn, Ryan and Jordan (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Ayden, Annika and Bennett; and her brother Ralph Hosack (Ruthann). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
