She was predeceased by: her husband Roman Kwashuk; and her parents, Michael Achtemichuk and Eva Achtemichuk. She is survived by: her son Christopher; her daughter-in-law Marilyn; her siblings, Bill Achtemichuk (Brenda) and Kathy Woolley; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Achtemichuk and Brenda Achtemichuk. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
