He was predeceased by: his son Richard; his siblings, George, Duncan, Don and Ann Elliot; his parents, Louis Gerome and Nellie Winona (Pearl); and his son-in-law Tim Karl.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel; his children, Connie Karl (late Tim) of Reporoa, Tammy and Brian (Darcy) of Westlock, AB; his grandchildren, Brian, Katie, Sarah, Reyn, Lindsey, Joshua, Jessica, Kennedy and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Myles, Jase, Liv, Izik and Fenik; and his sisters, Betty Gould (late Lorne), Kathy Weston (Bob) and Linda (Harvey Linnen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
