Lewis; his sister Vivian Lewis (Don McIntrye); his children, Phillip Michael Lewis, Brenda Lynn Lewis (Neil Besler), Trevor James Lewis (Rhonda Swannell), Tara Jean Lewis, Dwayne Hunking and Kim Coelho; his grandchildren, Deon Joseph Plamondon, Jeffrey Richard Plamondon and Danielle Lynn Swanson; and his great grandchildren, Curtis J. Deboer, Colton Henry Swanson, Eloise Marie Swanson and Quillan Dwight Swanson.
