He is survived by: his sons, Ivan (Myra), Stan (Cris) and Jack (Sandra); his grandchildren, William MacKinnon (Janetta), Matthew MacKinnon, Stacey Sambirsky (Gage) and Mitchell Sambirsky; and his great grandchildren, Jayse, Jax and Finn Sambirsky.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Boyle Seniors Center.
