He was predeceased by: his father Harold. He is survived by: his close friend Stacey; his children, Chase (Makayla), Justin and Rachelle (Andrew); his grandchildren, Ryley, Payten and Chance; his mother Joan; his sister Karen (Rick); and his niece Mackenzie. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
