We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2020, at the age of 79, Glen Vekved (Westlock, Alberta), born in Sexsmith, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gudmund Vekved and Marie Vekved; his daughter Jennifer; and his siblings, James and Eleanor.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia (Kochan); his children, Denise, James (Andrea), Todd (Michelle) and Kris (Mandi); his grandchildren, Brenden, Sheldon, Madison, Skylar, Terrell, Ethan, Lukas, Emersen, Greysen, Ahlora and Owen; his siblings, Ingvald (Marilyn), Ada and Carol; and also John Kochan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations gratefully accepted to the AHS Westlock Healthcare Centre 10220 - 93 Street, Westlock, AB T7P 2G4.
