We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Ethel May Howie (Westlock, Alberta). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Waltemath and Irene Toth; her brothers, Donny and Wayne; her stepgrandson Kyle; and her siblings-in-law, Tommy Morland, Ted Reitsma and Patsy Morland.

She is survived by: her husband Allen; her children, Linda Howie, Janet Riopel (Marty), Glen Howie (Jeannie) and Dean Howie (Lisa); her grandchildren, Nicole Chodak (Chris), Brandon Chodak (Lindsay), Don Nelson (Rikki), Paige Nelson (Ryan), Douglas Riopel (Josee), Real Riopel (Brittany), Tonya Goulet, Jason Howie, Taylor Howie, Dustin Howie (Jena) and Taetum Howie (Matt); her great grandchildren, Devon, Kayla, Xanthan, Hunter, Skye, Phoenix, Logan, Ariah, Lucas, Rhea, Austin, Cohen, Baily, Emmett, Archer and Grayson; her sisters, Norma Klotz, Betty Earle and Bonnie Breadon (Ed); and her sister-in-law Carol Reitsma.

Donations will be greatly accepted to the Royal Purple in Ethel's memory at Box 1614 Slave Lake, AB T0G 2A0 A celebration of life was held at the Hazel Bluff Community Hall May 1, 2018.
