He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Rose; and his sister Alexandra Track. He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Mushtuk (Edward) of Edmonton and Beverly Wawzonek (Edward) of Calgary; his nephews, Leonard Mushtuk (Shelley) of Edmonton and Gary Mushtuk of Fort McMurray; his niece Caroline Gostlin (Kevin) of Yellowknife; his great-nephews, Nolan Mushtuk of Edmonton and Finnnegan Gostlin of Yellowknife; his great-niece Savannah; and his extended family Sam Nazaruk (Anita) of Salmon Arm, BC. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives.
