He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Shearer and Alice Shearer; and his siblings, Lyle (Peggy), Don (Vilda), Robert "Bob" Sr. and Carole (Zenon Hnatiw).
He is survived by: his wife Leona; his children, Scott (Loretta), Kim, Jen (Tyson), Leslie (Jim), Brian and Judi (Dave); his grandchildren, Emersyn, Jason, Robert, Leah, Logan, Victoria, Carl, Steven and Nicole; and his sister-in-law Doris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations are gratefully accepted to the Westlock Palliative Care Society.
