He was predeceased by: his mother Verna; his son D. C.; his father Glenn (Jean Sawyer); and his sister Sherri Flynn. He is survived by: his brothers, Tom Sawyer of Edmonton, Randy Flynn of Edmonton, Dawson Boyd of Beaumont and Victor; and his daughter Dellice Saxby of Regina.
