Blake Benson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Benson (Westlock, Alberta), who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Benson and Ella Benson; his brother Leigh Benson; his siblings-in-law, Victor Soetaert, Bruce Samis and Joan Watson; and his niece Karen Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Blair (Brianna McLaggan), Grant (Lisa Hansen) and Ashley (Derrick Hittinger); his stepchildren, David Gower (Caroline), Tracy (Jeff Dickey) and Darren Carlson (Colleen); his grandchildren, Michelle Bailey (Darren), Wyatt, Natasha, Savannah Dickey, Jackson, Riley Benson and Harvey Hittinger; and his sisters, Dixie Soetaert, Marge Moore (Art) and Ivy Huntley.
