It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernie Paul Sasewich (Westlock, Alberta), who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernie Paul Sasewich to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Rose; his uncle Paul; his brother-in-law Ed; his parents-in-law, Peter and Adele; and his pet Oprah.

He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his daughters, Jillian (Brandin) and Hannah (David); his siblings, Linda, Wanda (Dennis), Debbie and Ben (Dawna-Gale); and his pet Henry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any memorial contributions be made directly to Zoe's Animal Shelter, the very place that united Bernie and his loyal companion, Henry.
